BMI Companion respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how BMI Companion handles information when you use the app, including information you choose to share through Apple Health.

BMI Companion does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or submit personal information to the developer in order to use the app.

BMI Companion can optionally connect to Apple Health.

Apple Health access is optional. You control which Health information BMI Companion is permitted to access through Apple's Health permissions.

BMI Companion uses Apple Health information only to provide health, activity, history, and progress features within the app.

BMI Companion does not write to or modify your Apple Health data.

Health information obtained through Apple Health is not used for advertising, marketing, user tracking, or data profiling and is not sold to third parties.

You can change or revoke BMI Companion's access to Apple Health at any time through the Health or Settings apps on your Apple device.

BMI Companion does not sell your personal information or health information.

BMI Companion does not share Apple Health information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

BMI Companion does not use your health information for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.

BMI Companion does not require an account or sign-in.

The app does not operate a social network and does not provide user-generated content, messaging, or social-media features.

BMI Companion does not use your health information for advertising.

BMI Companion is a general health and wellness application and is not specifically designed or marketed as a children's application.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children through developer-operated accounts or registration systems because BMI Companion does not require user accounts or registration.

BMI calculations, healthy-range information, activity information, measurement trends, and other information presented by the app are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

BMI Companion is not a regulated medical device.

Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding questions or concerns about their health, medical conditions, weight, activity, or other health-related matters.

BMI Companion is designed to minimize the collection and transmission of personal information.

Access to Apple Health is controlled by Apple's HealthKit privacy and permission system. 

BMI Companion can access only the Health information that you explicitly authorize.

Revoking Health permissions may limit features that depend on Apple Health but will not prevent you from using other available features of BMI Companion.

BMI Companion uses Apple's HealthKit framework to access Apple Health information when authorized by the user.

Apple's handling of information within Apple Health is governed by Apple's own privacy practices and policies.

BMI Companion does not use Apple Health information for purposes unrelated to the health and wellness functionality presented within the app.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when BMI Companion's features, privacy practices, or applicable requirements change.
