NP LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the XtraSet mobile application handles information when you use the app.

Information You Enter

XtraSet allows you to enter and store information related to your workouts and fitness activities. This may include workout plans, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, workout history, body weight, height, BMI-related information, and other information you choose to record.

This information is stored locally on your device. NP LLC does not operate a server that collects or stores your XtraSet workout or body information.

Apple Health

XtraSet can optionally integrate with Apple Health.

With your permission, XtraSet may read supported information such as body weight and height from Apple Health and may write completed workout information to Apple Health.

Access to Apple Health is optional and controlled through Apple's permission system. XtraSet does not use Health data for advertising or marketing, and NP LLC does not sell Health data.

You can change Health permissions at any time through the Health app or your device settings.

Location and Outdoor Activities

For supported outdoor activities, XtraSet can use your device's location services to record your workout route, distance, and related activity information.

Location access is optional and is used only when required for the outdoor route features you choose to use. Recorded routes are stored with your workout data on your device.

XtraSet does not send your recorded workout routes to an NP LLC server.

Camera, Microphone, and Exercise Videos

XtraSet may request access to your device's camera and microphone when you choose to record an exercise video.

Exercise videos are stored locally on your device and may be associated with a workout, exercise, or set. XtraSet may also allow you to save a copy to your Photos library when you choose to do so.

NP LLC does not upload or store these videos on its servers.

Photos

XtraSet may request access necessary to save an exercise video to your Photos library when you specifically choose the Save to Photos option.

Purchases

XtraSet offers an optional one-time purchase called XtraSet Full. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

NP LLC does not receive or store your payment card information. Apple provides the app with purchase and entitlement information necessary to determine whether XtraSet Full has been unlocked.

Sharing

XtraSet provides optional sharing features for workout summaries and certain workout information.

Sharing is initiated by you using Apple's sharing features. Route information is not included unless you specifically choose to share it where that option is provided.

Once information is shared outside XtraSet, its handling is subject to the destination or service you select.

Data Collection and Tracking

XtraSet does not require an account.

NP LLC does not use XtraSet to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

NP LLC does not sell your personal information.

XtraSet does not contain third-party advertising.

Data Storage and Deletion

Workout records and other locally maintained XtraSet information remain on your device unless you delete them through available app controls or remove the app.

Exercise videos stored privately by XtraSet are also maintained locally and can be deleted through supported XtraSet features.

Information that you choose to write to Apple Health, save to Photos, or share with another service is managed separately by those services after it leaves XtraSet.

Children's Privacy

XtraSet is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through an NP LLC server. The app does not require users to create an NP LLC account.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when XtraSet's features or privacy practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
