CreationAuthor PRIVACY POLICY

NP LLC respects your privacy. CreationAuthor is designed with a privacy-first approach so authors can create and work on their books without NP LLC collecting their writing or personal information.

NP LLC does not collect personal information through CreationAuthor.

CreationAuthor does not require you to create an NP LLC account or sign in to an NP LLC service.

NP LLC does not operate servers that collect or store your books, writing, book projects, or other content created within CreationAuthor.

The books and other content you create in CreationAuthor remain under your control.

NP LLC does not receive, read, monitor, sell, share, or use the content of your books for advertising, marketing, profiling, or training artificial intelligence models.

CreationAuthor stores your book and application data locally using Apple's platform technologies.

NP LLC does not maintain cloud servers containing copies of your CreationAuthor projects.

Your device and Apple services may provide backup or other system-level data-management features depending on your Apple Account, device settings, and services you have enabled. Any information handled independently by Apple is governed by Apple's applicable privacy policies.

CreationAuthor allows you to select images from your device for use in your book or book design.

When you choose an image, access is provided through Apple's system technologies. NP LLC does not receive your photo library or upload your selected images to NP LLC servers.

CreationAuthor allows you to create and export files from your book projects.

Files you choose to export or share are handled through the locations, applications, or Apple system services you select.

NP LLC does not receive copies of your exported books or other exported CreationAuthor files.

CreationAuthor does not use NP LLC servers to transmit your book content.

CreationAuthor does not include third-party advertising, advertising SDKs, or cross-app advertising trackers.

NP LLC does not use CreationAuthor to track your activity across apps or websites.

CreationAuthor does not use third-party analytics services to collect information about how you use the app.

CreationAuthor is purchased as a one-time paid application through Apple's App Store.

There is no subscription required to use CreationAuthor and no separate in-app purchase is required to unlock the application.

Purchases and payment processing are handled by Apple. NP LLC does not directly receive or process your payment-card information.

CreationAuthor relies on Apple operating-system technologies for certain application functions, 

such as selecting content from your device, storing application data, and sharing or exporting files.

Use of Apple services is subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies. NP LLC does not control information that Apple may independently process through services provided by Apple.

CreationAuthor is a general-purpose book-creation application and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.

Because NP LLC does not collect personal information through CreationAuthor, NP LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

NP LLC may update this Privacy Policy if CreationAuthor's functionality, technology, or applicable requirements change.

Any revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the NP LLC website with an updated effective date.
