ER Converter PRIVACY POLICY

NP LLC respects your privacy. ER Converter is designed to perform most conversions and store your personal app information directly on your device.

ER Converter does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information to use the app.

NP LLC does not use ER Converter to collect information for advertising, behavioral tracking, or marketing purposes.

ER Converter does not contain third-party advertising and does not sell your personal information.

ER Converter may store information locally on your device to provide app functionality, including:

• Favorites
• Conversion history
• Custom Conversion Sets
• App preferences and settings
• Cached currency information

This information is stored locally for use by ER Converter and is not uploaded to an NP LLC server.

You can remove locally stored information using available controls within the app or by deleting ER Converter from your device.

ER Converter may request access to your device's camera when you choose to use Scan to Convert.

Camera access is used to recognize measurement or conversion text and place the recognized information into Quick Convert.

NP LLC does not receive or store your camera images.

You can disable Camera access at any time through your device's privacy settings. ER Converter's typed conversion features remain available without Camera access.

ER Converter may request Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions when you choose to use Voice Quick Convert.

These permissions allow your spoken conversion request to be recognized and used by Quick Convert.

Speech-recognition functionality may use Apple's speech-recognition services and is subject to Apple's applicable privacy practices and system behavior.

ER Converter does not maintain an NP LLC database of your voice recordings or recognized conversion requests.

You can revoke Microphone or Speech Recognition permission through your device's privacy settings.

ER Converter's optional Live Measurements features may use device capabilities such as:

• Location
• Motion and altitude information
• Barometric pressure
• Compass/heading
• Speed
• Geographic coordinates

These capabilities are used to provide live measurements requested by you.

NP LLC does not operate a server that receives or stores your Live Measurements or location history.

Sensor availability and accuracy depend on your device, permissions, environmental conditions, and Apple system services.

You can revoke applicable permissions through your device's privacy settings.

Currency conversion requires an internet connection to obtain reference exchange-rate information from an external exchange-rate data service.

ER Converter may cache currency rates locally on your device so previously retrieved information can remain available when appropriate, including during temporary loss of network connectivity.

Exchange-rate requests necessarily communicate with an external internet service. NP LLC does not use ER Converter's currency feature to create a personal profile, track you across apps or websites, or maintain an NP LLC history of your currency conversions.

Currency rates are provided for informational purposes and may differ from rates offered by banks, credit-card companies, merchants, payment processors, or other financial institutions.

Some optional ER Converter functionality relies on services provided by Apple or external data providers.

Information processed by those services is subject to their respective privacy practices.

NP LLC does not use third-party advertising networks or third-party behavioral-tracking services in ER Converter.

Because ER Converter's Favorites, History, Custom Conversion Sets, preferences, and cached conversion information are stored locally, NP LLC does not maintain server copies of those items for you.

You can delete applicable information using controls provided within ER Converter. Deleting the app also removes ER Converter's locally stored app data from the device, subject to Apple's device, backup, and operating-system behavior.

Because NP LLC does not maintain user accounts or an ER Converter cloud database containing this local information, there is no corresponding NP LLC account or cloud conversion history that needs to be deleted.

ER Converter does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an NP LLC account or developer-operated user database.

NP LLC may update this Privacy Policy when ER Converter's features, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.

When the policy is updated, the Effective Date shown above will be revised.
