NP LLC respects your privacy. Still in Your Presence is designed to provide a private, personal experience for Scripture reading, reflection, quiet time, prayer, and Bible stories.

Still in Your Presence does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information with NP LLC.

The app does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other personal information to NP LLC.

Prayers, reflections, prayer status, favorites, Scripture history, Quiet Time history, and related personal information you create or save within the app are stored locally on your device.

NP LLC does not receive, access, or store this information on its servers.

If you delete the app or erase its locally stored data, this information may be permanently lost.

Still in Your Presence allows you to optionally select music from your device's music library for use during Quiet Time.

Access to your music library is provided through Apple's system frameworks and requires your permission.

NP LLC does not collect, upload, store, or receive information about your music library or the music you select.

You can change the app's access to your media library through your device's privacy settings.

Still in Your Presence may request permission to send local notifications, such as a daily Scripture reminder.

These reminders are scheduled using Apple's notification system. NP LLC does not use a developer server to send these notifications and does not collect information about your notification activity.

You can change notification permissions at any time through your device's Settings.

Still in Your Presence includes Scripture from the World English Bible (WEB), a public-domain Bible translation.

The app also contains original devotional material, reflections, prompts, and Bible-story retellings prepared for Still in Your Presence.

Still in Your Presence does not include third-party advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking technologies.

NP LLC does not use information from the app to track you across apps or websites.

Still in Your Presence does not display advertisements.

The app does not require an NP LLC account and does not upload your prayers, reflections, or devotional activity to NP LLC servers.

Still in Your Presence does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.

Because NP LLC does not collect personal information through the app, no personal information from children is knowingly collected, stored, or shared by NP LLC.

Because personal devotional information is stored locally on your device rather than on NP LLC servers, the security of that locally stored information also depends on the security of your device and Apple's operating system.

NP LLC may update this Privacy Policy if the features or privacy practices of Still in Your Presence change. Any updated policy will be posted on the NP LLC website with a revised effective date.
